A great memorial to salute our active Member Late Sh. Rajiv Bajaj and plantation of 325 saplings were planted by Abhey and Aaditya Bajaj sons and family Sh. Rajiv Bajaj on his birthday on 23 rd April 2023@MCF DLFIA Park. Rajiv ji would have turned 59 today. He was a successful entrepreneur and great supporter of DLFIA activities.
Lead by Sh. JP Malhotra President DLFIA in deference to the wishes of Bajaj Family, 800 sft park sub
section of MCF park will be developed using Miyawaki Technique of Tree plantation which requires
less space, less water and grows vertical. Neem, Gulmohar Pipul, Badh. Neembu, Amrood trees
saplings were planted. Ms. Vandana Bhagat of Cactus Fashions underscored that we shall nurture
these saplings and appoint full-time grandner to ensure 100% growth Mrs. Monica Bajaj wife of
Rajiv Ji was very much appreciative of this Tree Plantation.
10 Benches were provided to enable the industry workers and families of close by area to come
and relax in shades of tress when they grow.
Mr. Abhey Bajaj joined Sh. JP Malhotra to add that we shall plant 1000 more plants on the onset
of monsoon get the boundary of the park constructed.
Earlier 310 and 500 plus saplings planted in last 2 years have grown tall and the park duly fenced by DLFIA, is excessively used by people added Mr. Vijay Raghavan. We take this opportunity to request MCF to commission two canopies as publically announced by Hon ‘able Sh. Kishna Pal Gujar Minister and MP when he inaugurated the infrastructure up gradation initiative in April 22 said Mr. JP Malhotra
A community Langar was organised and sumptuous food was enjoyed by the workers/ Staff and
visitors to MCF DLFIA Park.
Besides members and staff of DLF Industries Association, prominent amongst those present were
close relatives of Bajaj Family including Mr. Vishwa Mitra Bajaj, Mrs. Jaishree Bajaj Parents, Mrs.
Monica Bajaj Wife, Aaditya and Abhay Bajaj Sons besides Mr. Subhash Vohra, Ms. Rani, Ms.
Vandana and Neeraj Bhagat, Ms. Divya Bhasin, Mr. Sanjay Arora, Ms. Sumira and Mr. Anil
Khanna.
