Environment and Tree Plantation has caught up fancy with DLFIA members. To take Tree Plantation
further, DLFIA planted 75 Nos Tree Saplings, planted as a part of 750 Sapling on the occasion of “ Meri Mati Mera Desh” Celebrations – said Mr. JP Malhotra President DLF industries Association. Each of the participant lead by Chief Guest Sh. Digvijay Singh Jt. Director MSME Govt of India planted one sapling each- a rare occasion of participation and coming together for the cause of Environment.
As a part of our recent Tree Plantation drive started on 4 th April 2023 with plantation of 350 saplings and continued on 1 st July with plantation of 750 saplings, DLF industries Association planted another 750 saplings Today – totalling to 1850 saplings from April to August 2023 with 90% plus success rate and shall achieve the objective of creating an urban forest in DLF (Mcf) Park which used to be barron land three years back.

Bhupinder Singh, Treasurer CA Mahesh Goel besides members of Governing Body for the great and grand initiative. Regular care taken by DLFIA is appreciated. Sh. Digvijay Singh made an appeal to all present to make it a ritual to plant one tree every time on a family occasion like birthday wedding anniversary.
We are happy to recollect and rewrite that MIYAWAKI urban forest created by DLFIA has been acknowledged and appreciated by Hon’ble Sh. P Raghavendra Rao Chairman Haryana State Pollution Control Board, Commissioner Police Sh. Vikash Arora IPS, DC Faridabad Sh. Jeetender Yadav IAS, Commissioner MCF Sh. Yashpal Yadav IAS, SDM Ballabgarh Sh. Trilok Chand and DCP HQ Faridabad Sh. Arpit Jain IPS besides the then RO HSPCB Ms. Smita Kanodia/ Mr. Dinesh and SE HSVP Sh. Sandeep Dhaiya, SHO Sector-31 Sh. Yogesh Kataria, Sh. Digvijay Singh Joint Director MSME. We at DLFIA supported by Rotary Club Faridabad Mid-Town are committed to ensure that all the saplings planted by us do survive and grow. The urban forest with provision of Benches is being enjoyed by our members their staff besides local residence of adjoining area. We thank Hon’ble Minister GOI Sh. Krishan Pal Gujjar for sanctioning provision of Two Canopies for Shelter and sitting place for visitors to be park. We would like to express our gratitude to all Governing Body Members of DLFIA besides past presents of Rotary Club of Faridabad Mid-Town Rtn. Pankaj Garg, Late Rtn. JP Singh Makkar, Rtn. Vijay Raghavan, Rtn. Dr. Lalit Hasija and Chief Patron(AKS) Satish Gossain who have supported our Tree Plantation Efforts every year regularly for last 5-6 years.
