STRIVE Project being implemented as per guidance of department of Skill Development & Industrial Training Govt of Haryana aiming to Strengthen & enhance the Industrial value and promote NAPS and Apprenticeship act and to organise selection and placement of trainees in Industrial units in DLF Industries Association is sure to be beneficial for youth (ITI or 10+2) and Industry for bridging the skill gaps said Mr. JP Malhotra President DLF Industries Association at the Training for Apprenticeship Implementation Cell.

Taking a lead to implement STRIVE Cluster project, 35 plus Industry members have come forward
to absorb more than 100 candidates in 4 Trades ie Tailor, CNC, QA, and Computer Operator in the
next one year. Our 40 plus Training Programmes form a part of Industry Apprenticeship Implement
plan prepared under the guidance and direction of Addl. Director Skill Development & Industrial
Training Sh. Sanjiv Sharma and his Team.

DLF Industries Association will conduct a series of Training / Leadership/ Workshops for different
segments of stakeholders so as to Strengthen and aid the capacity building of Cluster members, ITI’s and other Associates – said Mr. JP Malhotra President DLF Industries Association. A very useful Training Program on Apprenticeship Act & NAPS Registration was conducted on 13.10.2023 attended by 25 representatives of members of Industry Cluster with faculty from GITI Faridabad to explain the final details of NAPS.

A Health Talk on “World Heart Day” was organised on 29.09.2023 Presentation were made by
Doctors from Appollo Hospitals New Delhi. Participants were given useful tips on prevention of Heart Attack at workplace and awareness on Cancer prevention. More than 80 members of workforce of DLFIA got the medical check-up done during the day long check-up Camp.
On 05.10.2023, Mr. JP Malhotra President DLF Industries Association conducted a Training
Programme for AIC ( Apprenticeship Implementation Cell) staff on the Topic of Teamwork.
